1. Free courses

Most courses on Medsarva Education are offered free of charge. No payment is collected for free courses, so no refund is applicable to them.

2. Paid courses — refund eligibility

For courses with a listed price, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by lessons marked complete). This window allows you to evaluate whether a course meets your needs before committing further.

3. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The refund request is made more than 7 days after enrollment.
• More than 20% of the course content has been completed.
• A certificate has already been issued for the course.
• The account has been suspended for a Terms & Conditions violation.

4. How to request a refund

Email medsarva@gmail.com with your registered email address and the course name. We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility under Section 2.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider or bank.

6. Cancellation by Medsarva Education

If we discontinue a paid course before you've been able to complete it, you will receive a full refund for that course, regardless of how much content you've completed.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes apply to enrollments made after the "Last updated" date above; enrollments made before that date remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of enrollment.
