1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Medsarva Education (the "Platform"), operated by Medsarva Private Limited ("Medsarva," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students, healthcare professionals, educators, and other learners. If you are a minor under applicable law, you should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Instructor, content manager, evaluator, and admin accounts are created directly by Medsarva Education staff.

3. Account registration & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at medsarva@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Course enrollment & access

Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course's content for your own learning. Course content may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. Access to a course may be time-limited or revoked in cases of Terms violations.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion or participation are issued for eligible programs based on completing the required coursework, assessments, or assignments for that program. Certificates issued by Medsarva Education do not, by themselves, imply university affiliation, statutory accreditation, or government approval, unless that recognition is explicitly stated for a specific program. Certificates carry a unique ID and are publicly verifiable; Medsarva Education may revoke a certificate found to have been issued in error or obtained through misconduct.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account.
• Submit another person's work as your own in quizzes or assignments.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, the Medsarva Education name, and platform design are the property of Medsarva Private Limited or its licensors, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Payments

Where a course has a listed price, payment is required to access that course. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refund eligibility.

9. Educational content disclaimer

Content on the Platform, including content related to healthcare and clinical topics, is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medsarva Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time; certain records (such as issued certificates and audit logs) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Munger, Bihar, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
